On 5/7/2024 at 8:41am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanette Sanchez arrived at the facility to conclude the investigation for the allegations listed above. LPA met with Director Delaney Villani and Assistant Director Lizbeth Perez-Uribe.

On 2/28/2024, complaint allegations were reported to Community Care Licensing (CCL) stating that staff are not following general sanitation procedures, are not ensuring that day care children's diapering needs are met while in care, are not competent to provide the services necessary to meet the individual needs of children in care, and are not adequately supervising day care children while in care.

On 3/5/2024, LPA conducted interviews and reviewed files. Interviews disclosed proper sanitation and diapering procedures. When asked about the care of each child's needs, interviews noted the assistance of specialized staff and constant support. Interviews did not raise any concerns of inadequate care.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Delaney Villani. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
