On 03/12/2024 at 10:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an unannounced inspection for the complaint received on 01/30/2024 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegations. The initial inspection was conducted by LPA Siao on 02/05/2024. The following ratios were observed today: PS2 had 13 older preschool children supervised by three staff members and PS1 had 9 younger preschool children supervised by two staff members. Throughout the course of investigation, several staff members, several day care parents and several day care children were interviewed. The information obtained from interviews were conflicting to the allegations. Based on information obtained, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated which means although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above alleged violations of personal rights of the children occurred. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
