Facility staff denied the allegations of operating out of ratio, yanking a day care child, swaddling infants too tightly or allowing children to hit each other stating the facility provides proper guidance and care for infants.

Due to conflicting information and a lack of supporting evidence obtained throughout the course of the investigation, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.

No violations cited during today's inspection.

A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

An exit interview was conducted with Director, Perla Zazueta.
