Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Otsanya Cameron made an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of conducting a case management visit to deliver amended report. LPA spoke with Director and confirmed a census of 73

During today’s visit, LPA toured the facility. No deficiencies were observed.
