Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keely Messerschmidt arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) visit to clear deficiencies cited on an Annual conducted on 5/26/23.

LPA Messerschmidt observed that the facility was in compliance per Title 22 Regulations.

An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the Director Shoneil Wilson.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
