On 3/26/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering findings for complaint received on 2/16/24. The LPA met with Director, Sandra Marlor and toured the facility. There were 121 preschool children present and 18 staff at the facility.

Based on the information obtained from facility file reviews, parent interviews, and staff interviews, it was not determined that facility staff uses an inappropriate form of punishment on day care children and that facility staff does not ensure that children are eating.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. The preponderance of the evidence has not been met and therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. The exit interview was conducted with Director, Sandra Marlor. Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report was provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
