On 10/20/21 at 2:11 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Rajani Goudreau arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection to deliver amended reports originally created on 10/11/21. Upon visit, LPA met VP of Operations, Jennifer Grawvunder, and proceeded to tour the facility.

An exit interview was conducted. The following reports were discussed and provided: LIC809 and amended reports.
