On November 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection at the facility for the purpose of health and safety check. LPA met with the facility director, Tina Prowant and LPA inspected the facility. There were twenty four children with six staff present during the case management inspection. The facility had several ceiling tiles replaced and LPA inspected for health and safety of children in care. During the inspection today, LPA did not observe any health or safety concerns.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report and the appeal rights were discussed and provided to the facility director, Tina Prowant. The notice of site visit was provided and posted during the inspection.
