On 8/19/2024, at approximately 9:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an announced case management visit at the facility. LPA met with Site Director, Marine Vaisset. The facility is currently closed for summer and there are no children in care.

During a case management visit on 7/30/2024, LPA was informed that the facility was undergoing renovations in its classrooms and the outdoor play area. LPA observed that renovations were still underway during the visit and informed the facility representative that a follow-up visit would be conducted prior to children being in care.

During today's visit, LPA observed the outdoor renovations to be complete. LPA observed age-appropriate play structures with resilient padding. There are age-appropriate toys and equipment present that were observed to be in good repair. There is a sandbox present that has been covered with a tarp. The outdoor play area is enclosed by a fence.

LPA observed the facility to be in clean and orderly condition. All classrooms have finished renovations and are being prepared for reopening. The facility has added two sinks and a toilet in Rooms 124 and 125.

During today's visit, LPA and Site Director discussed First Aid/CPR, Mandated Reporter Training, criminal record background checks, and posting requirements.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on 8/19/2024. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Site Director, Marine Vaisset.
