On 9/11/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Badger, conducted an unannounced visit, to conclude a complaint investigation visit at the above-named facility.

LPA met with the facility director, Jennifer Knappick, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the visit were 28 preschool aged children in care with 9 teachers.

Related documents were reviewed, and interviews were conducted with staff.
Based on the interviews and relevant documents, there's no sufficient evidence to prove that " Facility staff handled day care child in a rough manner"
