25 | On October 21, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leong conducted an unannounced case management inspection. The facility requested an increase of ten infants (ages birth to 24 months old). LPA met with Director Lisa McKee and explained the purpose of the inspection
Present during the LPAs' visit were the director, 14 teaching staff, 18 infants, and 23 toddlers. On October 20, 2025, the facility obtained fire clearance from the San Francisco Fire Department.
The childcare center was observed to be clean, safe, sanitary, and in good repair. Floors inside the facility have a clean surface. A comfortable temperature is being maintained for children. Furniture and equipment were observed to be kept in good condition, free of sharp parts. Tables and chairs are age-appropriate.
The indoor measurements of three infant and three toddler classrooms total 2,271.64 square feet, which will accommodate the request for 64 children. (28 infants and 36 toddlers)
There are 16 sinks and 9 toilets available for children's use. The toilet-to-sink ratio is sufficient to accommodate the facility's request for an additional 10 infants. LPA observed that sinks and toilets were in working condition. The children's bathrooms include age-appropriate toileting equipment.
LPA will recommend an increase in capacity for 64 children (28 infants and 36 toddlers).
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Lisa McKee.
