Licensing Program Analyst, LPA Yee conducted a case management visit today. Present at the facility were the licensee, Ana Luisa, two helpers, and five children. One helper left during the visit. This is a self-reported incident discovered on 3/18/2025. The child did not come to the facility on Thursday, Friday, and Monday. On Tuesday, the parent informed the facility that the child had scratch marks on the back, which the mom noticed on Saturday. Per the licensee, the parent is not complaining. The parent just wanted her to know that the child has scratch marks on the back. The child saw a doctor on Monday and was told that the child was wearing too many clothes and the heat caused the allergic reaction. The licensee said she does health check every day.
