On April 2, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) John Calandra arrived at the facility at 3:15 PM, to complete the Annual Inspection started on March 20, 2024. LPA Calandra was greeted by Alice Zhang, Administrator/Licensee, and explained the purpose of his visit.

LPA Calandra interviewed one staff member. The facility was maintained at a comfortable temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temperature was measured at 124 degrees Fahrenheit. Administrator/Licensee, Alice Zhang turned down the water temperature in the presence of the LPA.

A Technical Violation was provided for not having an RCFE complaint poster in the facility.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.

This report was reviewed with Administrator/Licensee, Alice Zhang and a copy of the report left at the facility.
