13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christopher Jackson and Erwin Tjhia met with licensee, Mary Ann Young and director Jean Teicheira to close the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation.
During the course of the investigation, LPAs conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that masks are not being worn at facility. Current Guidance does not require children ages two years and under to wear a mask while indoors. Observations made by LPAs, saw facility staff with masks on. However, LPAs could not discredit the fact that there could have been a time in which staff were not properly wearing a masks while working with the infants.
Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED. |
