13 | On November 21, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams met with Director, Jean Teicheira for the purpose of a complaint investigation. LPA observed six napping infants supervised by two staff ( one aide, one fully qualified teacher). Criminal record clearances were verified.
LPA toured the facility, obtained the facility roster and conducted file reviews. Staff interviews were also conducted during today's inspection. It was alleged that unqualified staff are supervising infants. Interviews conducted and file reviews revealed that the facility has a sufficient amount of qualified staff employed at the center to meet the current needs of the infant program.
Based on the information received, the allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Director, Jean Teicheira . A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA Williams and must remain posted for 30 days. |
