25 | Application Specialist (AS) Alecia Sifuentes met with Pastor, Jared Huntsinger, Director, Debi Hyzdu, and Site Supervisor, Carla Benton for the purpose of an announced pre-licensing tele-inspection via FaceTime due to COVID-19. Applicant's original request was for a preschool license to serve 24 preschool children, but the Applicant has changed the request to serve 12 preschool children from 3 to 5 years old. The program will operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The fire clearance was granted and received on 2/19/2021.
Applicant acknowledges that the following documents must be posted at all times: License, Emergency Disaster Plan, Personal Rights, Parents' Rights Poster, car seat poster, menus, and daily schedule. The facility will provide morning snack.
INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
There is two preschool classrooms. AS observed a sufficient amount of equipment, toys, tables, chairs, cubbies, and nap mats. There is a first aid kit located in the office. AS observed cleaning disinfectants are appropriately stored and inaccessible to children. Applicant stated there are no poisons or firearms on the premises. Applicant stated they will use water pitchers and cups in the classroom. AS observed a functional carbon monoxide detector in both classrooms. AS observed sign-in/sign-out binders.
