25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) David Nguyen and Corina Beckby met licensee, Beenish Raheel to conduct a proof-correction inspection to verify correction of one (1) Type-A deficiency cited on September 9th, 2025. As LPAs approached the front door, licensee and licensee’s spouse arrived home from their appointment. Inside, licensee’s adult daughter was caring for two (2) children.
On September 9th, 2025, the facility was cited for one (1) Type-A deficiency for not complying with pool safety measures for a Family Child Care Home with an in-ground swimming pool on the premises. During the inspection on September 9th, 2025, licensee did not have a body hook, daily pool safety checklist, ready-to-use pool alarm, working self-closed and self-latched gate and licensee had a ladder propping against the pool fence.
During today's inspection, LPAs toured on-limits areas. LPAs inspected the pool area and observed a body hook connected to a 12-feet long pole, pool alarm, working self-closed and self-latched gate, and daily pool safety checklists.
The Type-A deficiency cited on September 9th, 2025, for not complying with pool safety measures for a Family Child Care Home with an in-ground swimming pool on the premises was cleared with today’s visit.
A Proof-of-Correction Letter, Appeal rights, and a Notice of Site Visit were provided. An exit interview was conducted with licensee, Beenish Raheel. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Licensee’s signature on this form acknowledged the receipt of the form. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
