On 02/19/26,Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra conducted a follow up complaint investigation and met with Director, Ivy Stinton to deliver complaint finding for the above allegation. During today's inspection there were 4 staff supervising 19 children.

It was alleged that a daycare child sustained injury due to staff neglect. Throughout the course of the investigation LPA Sierra conducted interviews with the reporting party (RP), facility staff, parents and reviewed pertaining documents. LPA Sierra also obtained information from Stockton Police Department. Parents interviewed did not disclose any information or evidence to support the above allegation. Staff interviewed reported that no injuries were observed on child#1 while at the facility or when changing child's diaper. Staff reported that Child#1 did not complain of any pain and did not show any signs of discomfort while in care. LPA Sierra inspected child#1’s classroom (spider classroom) and outdoor area. LPA Sierra did not observe any sharp objects capable of cutting or abrading skin.

Based on the information obtained, LPA was unable to determine if the allegation is valid. Although the allegation may have happened (or is valid), there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

An exit interview was conducted in which the report was reviewed and discussed with Director, Ivy Stinton. Appeal of Rights were reviewed and provided. Notice of Site Visit posted.
