On 02/12/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra conducted a complaint investigation visit and met with Director, Tyanne woodyard-Smith to deliver findings on the above allegations. Present in the facility were four facilty staff and one Aide from 360 Behavioral Health supervising 31 children.

It was alleged that a staff hit a daycare child and handled daycare child in a rough manner. Throughout the course of the investigation LPA observed the care and supervision of the children, conducted interviews with staff, children, and parents. Parents who were interviewed did not disclose any concerns regarding the care and supervision or disclosed to witness any staff being rough or using inappropriate discipline towards the daycare children. Interviews with the children did not corroborate the allegations and staff stated that discipline policy is redirection and at times time out.

Based on the information obtained and interviews; Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.

No Title 22 Deficiencies cited, and Notice of Site Visit posted. An Exit Interview was conducted in which the report and Appeal of Rights were reviewed and provided to the Director, Tyanne woodyard-Smith.
