Based on interviews, record review and observation, LPAs were unable to determine if staff force children to nap. During interviews, staff reported children who refuse to nap are provided alternative activity.
Based on interviews, record review and observations, LPAs were unable to determine if staff take children’s belongings away as a form of punishment. During interviews, staff reported items or personal belonging are not taken away unless the use of the item present a safety risk to children in care.
Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Monica Goodrich. |
