On September 12th, 2024, at approximatly 11:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janet Gil conducted an unannounced inspection in order to deliver findings on the complaint investigation for the above allegations. LPA Gil met with the director, Catherine Griffiths(Claire), to discuss complaint allegations findings.Present during inspection included 16 children with 3 staff members (including director) and 4 parents. Facility is operating within capacity requirements and ratios at time of LPA's inspection.

Based on LPAs record reviews, and interviews which were conducted on inspection date. The allegations may have happened or are valid, however there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was reviewed and provided to director, Catherine Griffiths (Claire).
Notice of Site visit was observed to be posted and shall remain posted for 30 days.

No deficiencies were issued today under Title 22 Division 12 of the California Code of Regulations.
