25 | On May 20th, 2025, at approximately 10:50am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an unannounced random/annual inspection and met with licensee, Robin Bradley. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection to licensee. Present in the facility is licensee supervising 5 preschool age children. During today's inspection, all adults living and/or working in the facility are fingerprint cleared and associated. LPA verified Guardian list with licensee.
Licensee rents home, which is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single level house. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm. Daycare area: Kitchen/Dining area, Living Room, Playroom, Bathroom #1, and Backyard. OFF limit area: Garage, Bedrooms #1 with Bathroom #2, #2, and #3, Front yard, and Side yards. All off limit areas are properly barricaded.
LPA observed the Day-care is clean, orderly with a variety of age-appropriate toys for the children. All furniture inspected is in good repair. The licensee has a fully stocked First Aid kit and was reminded to be aware of the expiration on the First Aid Kit. Home does not have any pools or bodies of water. Per licensee, there are no pets in the home. LPA reminded licensee about water safety. The home does have a fireplace that needs to be properly barricaded (Technical Violation was issued). The home has age-appropriate equipment available for children in care. Licensee was reminded that baby walkers, bouncers, jumpers, and any other similar items are to not be used for children in care. Per licensee, infant children sleep in pack and plays and preschool age children are sleeping in cots in the living room.
