On March 6, 2025, at approximately 9:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katie Krenn arrived at the child care center unannounced to close the complaint investigation into the above allegation. LPA met with the Site Supervisor, Alicia Young. Present during the visit were the Site Supervisor/Teacher and nine teachers, supervising 51 preschool children.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, observations, and pertinent documentation provided by parties involved. Although the above allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with the Site Supervisor and appeal rights were explained. A printed copy of the report, as well as a printed copy of the appeal rights, were provided at the conclusion of the inspection. Notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for 30 days for public review. |
