25 | On January 28th, 2026, at approximately 9:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection to licensee, Veronica Gutierrez.
Present in the facility are licensee and assistant supervising a total of 7 children (2 infants and 5 preschool age). During today’s inspection, All adults present and living in the home have obtained fingerprint clearance and are associated to the facility. Facility is also operating within licensed capacity. LPA inspected the home for health and safety hazards.
On January 22nd, 2026, LPA Tapia-Mandujano conducted an annual inspection. During annual inspection, it was discovered that there was an adult living in the home whose fingerprints did not clear correctly (HSC 1596.871(c)(1)(A)). LPA issued a Type A citation for an adult not having fingerprint clearance. Per licensee, the adult went to go get re-fingerprinted and cleared as of January 24th, 2026. LPA verified through Guardian system.
During today's visit, LPA observed the Report was posted with the type A deficiency and Notice of Site Visit from January 22nd, 2026. LPA also reviewed LIC 9224 for all children enrolled.
As of this date, LPA has cleared the POC of criminal record clearance of all adults living, working in the home. LPA has provided a POC letter.
Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were observed, according to California Title 22, Health and Safety Code of Regulations.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
