INVESTIGATION FINDINGS:

On August 26, 2025, at approximately 10:15:00 a.m., Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Zeynep Basak and Andrea Medlin conducted an unannounced visit to open and investigate the complaint received on 8/20/2025. LPAs met with the Assistant Director, Tagreed Hamdallah and explained the purpose of the inspection.

The facility's operation hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Upon entry, LPAs observed 40 children and 5 staff members, including the Assistant Director, present during the visit.

LPAs verified the staff members' criminal background records with the Guardian website and all staff status was confirmed as eligible clearance.

During the investigation, LPAs conducted classroom observations, record review, and the interview with the director. LPAs obtained pertinent documents, including LIC 500.
