25 | On November 14th, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Janet Gil and Ruhi Wadhwa conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) visit. LPA met with the licensee, Danielle R Gustavson, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today's visit included the licensee only. There were no children present during the inspection.
On November 12th, 2025, at approximately 1:50 PM, LPAs conducted an unannounced, subsequent complaint inspection. During inspection, licensee was issued one Type A citation for operating without a State Child Care License, operating with a total of 8 school age children. A POC was discussed.
As of this date, LPAs observed the licensee to be operating with 0 children. Per licensee she plans to care for only 6 school age children once change of location is processed and home is licensed. During the visit, LPAs also observed Notice of Site Visit to be properly posted and available for review. LPAs also observed 8 signed LIC 9224 copies by parents.
The licensee also had a scheduled pre-licensing for a change of location inspection on November 14th, 2025(todays, for a Small Family Child Care Home License.
Deficiencies cited on November 12th, 2025, have been cleared during today's visit. LPAs provided the licensee with a POC letter.
No deficiencies were issued today under Title 22 Division 12 of the California Code of Regulations.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
