25 | On March 10th, 2023, at 1:42PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Rosie Breault and Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case Management – COVID-19 inspection and met with, director Jenny Yznaga. LPAs informed the purpose for the inspection. At the time of the inspection there were zero (0) children, and three (3) teachers present.
This inspection is a follow-up on COVID-19 outbreaks reported by facility staff to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 2/13/2023.
LPAs received facility’s updated written plan for when a staff member or child tests positive for COVID-19 and developing a written communication plan with parents/guardians to share information and guidelines in their preferred language. LPAs discussed Testing, Face coverings, Isolation for Illness, Cleaning and Disinfection, Handwashing, and How to Respond to Exposures or Outbreaks.
Since report of outbreak on 2/13/2023, there have been no further cases reported to the Department. LPAs observed facility offers hand sanitizer prior to entry. Facility continues to wellness checks upon entry, provides Covid-19 tests, and maintains an isolated area for any children who feel unwell. Cleaning services are provided and staff clean and sanitize throughout the day.
LPA reviewed that facility maintains a current Covid-19 Child Care Program Self-Assessment Guide/Mitigation plan. LPA also advised director of the following resources, and to remain in compliance with any future guidelines:

There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
