32 | LPA also notes there are two dogs on the property, which have current vaccinations, and which are located in an off-limits area in the backyard. Licensee advises the daycare children do not normally interact with the dogs. LPA observed no bodies of water on site, and confirmed this was the case with Licensee. LPA reviewed records for the two children present at the time of the inspection, which were found to be current & complete. The Licensee’s records were reviewed as well. At 12:42PM PST, during record review & after interviewing the licensee, LPA determined that current pediatric CPR & 1st Aid Training Certification, and current AB1207 compliant Mandated Reporter Training Certification, were not on file for the Licensee. Licensee’s records were found to otherwise be current & complete. LPA notes the most recent disaster drill was conducted on 9/03/2025. LPA reminded licensee of the requirement to conduct & document such drills every 6 months. Licensee states there are no firearms or ammunition stored on site.
