| Interviews conducted with Licensee revealed: how Licensee provides support to children when they display challenging behavior. License stated she has not pulled on a child's hair.
As mentioned the department conducted two unannounced visits . During unannounced visits, LPAs did not observe Licensee pull on a child’s hair or act in a aggressive manner towards the children.
LPA conducted one child(C1) interview. The child interview revealed, C1 enjoys being at this day care. C1 stated, how C1 partakes in fun activities at this FCCH. C1 stated no one at this FCCH has acted mean towards them.
Regarding allegation#2 Licensee did not allow child's authorized representative to enter the facility. LPA conducted parent interviews. The interviews revealed that parents have not experienced a situation where Licensee did not allowed them in the home. Also every parent interviewed stated they would recommend this FCCH.
LPA interviewed Licensee. The interview revealed how according to Licensee , parents who drop off and pick up their children at this FCCH always have access to the FCCH. Licensee added, no parent has ever complaint to her about not having access to the FCCH.
Although the allegations may or may have occurred or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the violation did or did not occur. Therefore, this allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted, and the Licensee Dennys Valencia was provided with a copy of this report, appeal rights.
Notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted in a prominent publicly accessible area of the FCCH.
