32 | Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed. Executive Director stated she is not aware of any meeting where RP was not included, except for communications done at drop off or pick up. Executive Director is not aware of required licensing records that were not shared with RP. She stated that she does not recall if P1 requested documents, such as a Parent Handbook.
C1’s authorized representatives (P1-P2) were interviewed. P1 stated staff did not provide a copy of the parent handbook and meeting notes that P1 requested. P2 stated staff are good at communicating to P2.
ED stated that on approximately on July 1, 2023, the facility obtained the Procare childcare application which allows parents and teachers/staff to communicate, and share photos and videos. She stated that both parents (P1 and P2) names are addressed on the Procare application. She stated that if the staff had to inform C1's parents they would have notified them through the Procare application or upon pick up. She stated that she had communication with C1's Parent (P2) during drop offs or at pick ups, nor did she have any "secret" or scheduled meetings.
On 12/1/23, LPA Morales conducted an interview with P2( Parent) for a previous complaint(#07-CC-20231108120516). P2 stated that communication was conducted from Staff during drop offs or at pick up, and meetings were never scheduled or conducted.
LPA reviewed email exchange between ED and C1's authorized representatives (P1 and P2).
Based on observations and interviews completed for this complaint investigation, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted with Rhysie Montano.
