Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Shine Yu made a follow-up complaint inspection and to deliver findings. LPAs met with Site Director, Brittany Strange, and Preschool Administrator, Cassia Azevedo.

Based on observation, interviews, and evidence gathered during the investigation process, it is concluded that although the allegation noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Preschool Administrator, Cassia Azevedo.

A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
