13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Marilou Monico and Albert Mendoza, met with Site Director, Brittany Strange, and Assistant Director, Cassia Azevedo, for an unannounced follow up complaint investigation. LPAs interviewed staff and children.
During the course of the investigation, LPAs conducted observations, interviewed staff, parents and children, reviewed records, and obtained copies of documents. Based on interviews and evidence gathered, a child (C1) was observed hurting other children on 05/16/25, however none of the staff witnessed how C1 sustained injuries. Staff (S2) indicated that they only observed the injuries on C1 when the parent pointed it out. S2 acknowledged that there were injuries, however staff only reporting that C1 hurt other children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
