On March 5, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico met with Site Director, Tim Harper, for an unannounced complaint inspection and to deliver investigation findings. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility and census was taken.

Based on interviews, on 02/19/26, a child wet their pants and underwear while playing outdoors. Staff checked the child's cubby and found that the child had no additional pants available. Staff immediately notified the parents and requested that they bring extra pants to the center.

Because the child did not have spare pants and the classroom did not have backup pants available, staff provided the child with center's backup shorts. The shorts extended below the child's knees.

The children only used the playground in the afternoon as it was raining in the morning. None of the children reported to staff that they were feeling cold. According to the weather forecast, the temperature between 2 PM to 5 PM was above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

Based on the information gathered from interviews and other supporting evidence, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

There were no deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Director, Tim Harper. Appeal rights were provided to Site Director.

A notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
