On 06/07/2024 at 8:49am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja arrived to conduct an unannounced case management- deficiencies inspection. The facility was cited on 03/14/2024 and 05/01/2024 for Teacher-Child Ratio. LPA met with Director, Jamie Newton and informed her of the purpose of today’s inspection.

LPA conducted a facility walk through and observed the following ratios:
Red Room: 1 teacher: 6 children
Yellow Room: 1 teacher: 4 children
Blue Room: 1 teacher: 5 children

Facility is complaint with ratio and capacity requirements. No deficiencies were cited as a result of today’s inspection.

A notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
