32 | Based on admission, interviews conducted and documentation that was received and reviewed by the LPA, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore, the allegation is SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, Section 101212(f), is being cited as a Type B Violation. See attached LIC 9099D for deficiency information and Plan of Correction (POC).
LPA provided a copy of the CCLD regulations for Reporting Requirements for Child Care Centers to the Site Supervisor for review and reference. LPA strongly recommended Site Supervisor review this regulation with staff personnel to prevent future occurrences.
