Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Elizabeth Berumen and Teodoro Trujillo conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver findings on above stated allegation. LPA met with Licensee, Maria Akbari-Feo. Present in the home were nine (9) day care children (two infants and 7 preschoolers) and assistant Maria Saucedo.

LPA Berumen conducted interviews and made observations.
Throughout the investigation process, it was found that the allegation (Licensee is out of ratio/capacity) is unsubstantiated.

Exit interview conducted and copy of this report provided to the Licensee.

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
