LPA conducted interviews, made observations and conducted records review. LPA received conflicting information during interviews regarding the cleanliness of the equipment and toys within the classrooms. Observations made did not show obvious signs of toys and equipment being inadequately cleaned. However based on interviews, and observations conducted, the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
