Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Samantha Yip and Janette Cruz conducted an unannounced Case Management- Other. LPA met with Assistant Director Georgia Andersen and explained the reason for the inspection. The purpose of this inspection is facility separated the sleeping area from the indoor activity area in Room 1. LPA observed during Required 1 Year inspection on 12/14/2021 that the sleeping area was not physically separated from the indoor activity area. A updated fire clearance was granted on 06/27/2022. Present during today's inspection were 38 children and 10 staff. Facility is licensed to serve children ages birth to 2 years old in Room 1, 2, 7, 8, and 13. Assistant Director stated that they are currently not using Room 13. Their capacity is for 88.

LPAs inspected the rooms. LPAs observed that the facility is using shelves with plexi-glass attached to the top to separate the sleeping area from the indoor activity area, which is at least 4 feet high. There is a retractable gate to go from the napping area and the activity area. There were four cribs in the napping area. Indoor measurements were conducted during today's inspection. The measurements are as followed:

Room 1
18.917 x 14.500 = 274.296 + 10.583 x 9.750 = 103.184 = 274.296 + 103.184 = 377.48

Room 2
27.333 x 18.583 = 507.929 + 11.333 x 20.417 = 231.385 = 507.929 + 231.385 = 739.314 minus encumbered space 3.250 x 1.917 = 6.230 + 1.667 x 2.083 = 3.472 + 3.583 x 3.250 = 11.644 = 21.346 = 739.314 - 21.346 = 717.968
