On 6/7/24, at 11:25 AM, Licensing program analyst (LPA) Doni Fici arrived unannounced to conduct a subsequent complaint investigation visit. LPA met and was greeted by Director, Reym Yamilette, and explained the purpose of visit.

During the course of the investigation visit, LPA interviewed four (4) staff at 1:27 PM, and obtained the following documents: Children’s roster (Lic9040), and staff roster with contact information.

It was alleged that: Staff did not provide day care child proper clothing during outside play and Staff did not return day care child's personal items. Based interviews and video evidence, it was confirmed by all four (4) staff that staff put jackets on all the children during cold and/or windy weather. LPA reviewed a video recording of a staff member giving the RP a bag of personal items.

Based on interviews, and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited during visit.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
