Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pete Hernandez conducted a Case Management Visit to confirm that the licensee is in compliance with Staffing and ratio requirements. LPA was greeted by Licensee Aljana Kraja, her helper Loenida Kraja and 9 children present during today's visit. There were 6 Preschoolers and 3 infants present.

On November 3, 2022, Licensee was issued one TYPE A violation under Staffing Ratio and Capacity:102416.5(d)(1): (d) For a Large Family Child Care Home as a result of an Complaint allegation that was deemed Substantiated. LPA's observed that Licensee is in compliance during today's inspection.

LPA's observed the parents have signed the LIC9224.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Aljbana Krajai. No deficiencies were cited on today's visit.

Notice of site visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.
