Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pete Hernandez conducted a Case Management Visit to confirm that the licensee is in compliance with Staffing and ratio requirements. LPA was greeted by Licensee Aljana Kraja and explained the purpose of his visit. LPA observed 5 children present during today's visit. There were 3 Preschoolers and 2 infants present. LPA verified by children's roster. Licensee provided a copy of the children's roster to the LPA.

On November 3, 2022, Licensee was issued one TYPE A violation under Staffing Ratio and Capacity:102416.5(d)(1): (d) For a Large Family Child Care Home as a result of an Complaint allegation that was deemed Substantiated. LPA's observed that Licensee is in compliance during today's inspection.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Aljbana Kraja. No deficiencies were cited on today's visit.

Notice of site visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.
