The director will also have a staff meeting and discuss personal rights and provide a summary to the LPA by mail, email, or fax no later than 8/30/23. |

CCL regulations state that children have personal rights, and those rights include to be treated with dignity in his/her personal relationship with staff and other persons, and to be free of mental abuse. This poses an immediate health risk to the Personal Rights of children in care.
