Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Collins, met with, Site Director, Kimeesean Donaldson for a case management inspection in response to the licensees’ request to decrease their capacity. Licensee is requesting to decrease the capacity by 14 preschool children from 160 to 146. The preschool school will also be taking one activity room from their total activity space- (Movement Matter Zone Room). Fire clearance granted 6/8/2021. There were 16 teachers and 72 children in census today. The total indoor activity space is as follows.

A playground waiver will be submitted: Pending documents.
1) To allow licensure of 146 children even though the playgrounds are only measured for 80 children.

Licensee’s request to decrease preschool capacity is granted pending management’s final review and approval .

An exit interview was conducted prior to the conclusion of this inspection.

No deficiency was cited. Notice of site visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days
