25 | On 1/22/2024, at 12:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Doni Fici arrived unannounced to conduct a Required 3-Year inspection and was greeted by Garzone, Romina, Licensee, and explained the purpose of the visit.
Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. LPA observed licensee, her spouse, and six (6) children in care today. Licensee's certifications for CPR and First Aid is current and will expire on 10/23/2026. The adults living in the home is the Licensee, her spouse, and son; Licensee also has the (2) minors living in the home
LPA toured the indoor and outside areas of the home with Licensee during today's inspection. All cleaning supplies, disinfectant, and other items that could pose a risk to the children were observed to be inaccessible to children. The off-limit areas of the home are the master bedroom, bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, the two closets in the hallway, the left and right side of the yard, and garage. There was no fireplace in the home. LPA observed no baby walker during inspection. Licensee stated that there are no weapons, such as firearms, stored in the home. LPA obtained a copy of the Child Care Facility Roster during today's inspection, which is current.
LPA reviewed six (6) child's file and observed that parent's rights forms, immunization records forms, consents for emergency medical treatment forms, and Identification and emergency information forms are in each file. LPA review two (2) staff file and observed all forms/documentation's are current. LPA observed that last fire drill was documented on 11/7/2024. The Licensee has a working telephone in the home.
LPA observed sufficient materials, toys, and play equipment for the day care children. LPA observed there is no bodies of water on the facility premises. LPA observed there are no stairs in the home. Licensee uses part of the back yard as playground. The backyard is used and fenced. Pg 1 of 3 |
