Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Loc Kerwin, Licensee representative/director, for an unannounced case management inspection.

LPA observed 15 preschool children with two teachers in the Facility during today's inspection. LPA notes that there was a 3.6 earthquake at 3:13 PM (during today's inspection) and the Facility conducted an earthquake drill as a result of the earthquake. The earthquake lasted a few seconds and there was no damage or injury(ies) sustained as a result of the earthquake.

LPA provided Loc with the Entrance Checklist - Child Care Centers (LIC 125) prior to the conclusion of today's inspection.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Loc Kerwin, Licensee representative/director. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
