Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja met with Director, Loc Kerwin for an unannounced case management inspection. At 11:46am, LPA conducted a facility walk through and observed the following ratios:
Room 2- 10 children: 2 teachers
Room 3- 16 children: 2 teachers
Room 4- 14 children: 2 teachers

LPA observed that the ratio of children to staff is in compliance. LPA observed children eating lunches and preparing for nap under visual supervision and assistance from staff.

As a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
