Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Oscar Huang, conducted an unannounced initial 10-day complaint visit to the Facility today to investigate the above allegation. LPA Huang met with Director, Cheyenne Bohn and explained the nature of today's visit to her.

Based on interviewed with staff and LPA's own observations. LPA learnt the AC in the infant rooms went out on Monday, July 8. The facility accommodated the situation by moving a potable AC and a fan, while calling the landlord to send the technician to fix it. The AC was fixed on the same day for the infants rooms. According to the facility, it is working with the landlord to fix the AC issues for the entire building.

LPA concludes that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there were not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with and the report was giving to Director, Cheyenne Bohn.
