On 7/30/24, at 12:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Gladys Kuizon arrived unannounced to conduct a subsequent complaint investigation visit. LPA and LPM met and was greeted by Director, Alma Christiansen, and explained the purpose of today’s visit.

During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed four (4) staff members and requested the following documents: Staff roster, and Children’s roster.

It was alleged that; Staff are allowing infants to sleep in the preschool room and Staff are operating beyond the terms and conditions of the license. Based on interviews conducted, Infants and Preschoolers are not being co-mingled during nap time or anytime. Based on LPA's observation on 2 different unannounced inspections, 6/4/24, and 7/30/24, infants and preschoolers were observed in separate rooms as licensed.

Based on interviews, and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
