On 08/02/2024 at 8:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing "Julianne" Zhu and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) conducted an UNANNOUNCED COMPLAINT SITE INSPECTION. LPA met with Staff 1 (S1). Licensee was not at the facility. S1 states licensee, Oscar Corona Heredia, stepped out momentarily to buy supplies for the facility. Licensee arrived at facility at 8:58am. A complaint regarding other (overall operations) was filed against the facility. LPA toured the facility for health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection was two (2) fingerprint-cleared staff and six (6) children (3 infants and 3 preschool-age children).

This agency has investigated the complaint alleging licensee is not living in the home. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Report was reviewed, and a Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted with the licensee, Oscar Corona Heredia. Appeal Rights also provided to licensee.
