Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, made an unannounced follow-up complaint inspection to deliver investigation findings. LPA met with Site Director, Travis Skelton, and School Age Program Director, Drew Saldivar.

The investigation of the allegation: staff inappropriately touched day care child was conducted by Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Investigator, Kassandra Medrano. Based on interviews, police report, and evidences gathered during the investigation, the Department concluded that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

The investigation of the allegation: day care child was vaping due to staff neglect was conducted by LPA Monico. LPA interviewed staff and children. Based on interviews with staff, they learned about the vaping incident when a child reported to their parent and the parent notified the Site Director. Another child also admitted on participating with the vaping incident. Staff and children indicated that there's always a staff member outside the bathroom waiting until kids are done. Based on the information by interviews, it is concluded that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
